Chief Executive Officer
As CEO since 2010, Vinod transformed PracticeSuite through a 'Freemium' model. He was also instrumental in laying down the foundation of its RCM partner strategy. These strategies combined enabled PracticeSuite to grow at an impressive rate establishing PracticeSuite as a key cloud based platform, recording triple digit growth and profitability. As a former technology leader with over 25 years of experience in large scale open source enterprise systems, he has held key technical positions at Oracle, Juniper and KPMG. Prior to PracticeSuite, Vinod led SOX IT Compliance at JDSU. Vinod holds a Master's in Business and Finance. He is the also the founder of PracticeSuite and the Software Architect.
At a personal level, Vinod is an ardent student of philosophy of Vedanta. He also volunteers in the community to teach Samskrit to kids.
SVP of Sales & Corporate Development
Trey Wilson is the SVP of Sales and Business Development at PracticeSuite. Having held leadership roles with Genpact, Vitalz, WebMD and Medical Manager Corporation, Trey brings 20+ years of experience in healthcare to include operations management, business strategy, acquisitions, marketing, sales and sales management of growth companies.
Prior to joining PracticeSuite, Trey served as Vice President of Sales for Nextech, a leading provider of technology and clinical services for physicians in specialty markets. He has had the responsibility for reseller programs, developing revenue cycle management go-to-market strategies, fostering growth by implementing best practices and establishing consistent processes, tools and techniques.
Trey holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from University of South Florida, and was a founding member of Kidsgrowth and iLIANT, which was later acquired by Med3000/McKesson.
Vice President, Center for Customer Excellence
Paula has held key leadership positions in Revenue Cycle Management Services at CareCloud, NationsHealth, and Liberty Medical. Starting as CareCloud's Director of Billing and Collections, Paula quickly grew to Senior Director of Operations, then to VP of Client Operations, and then VP of Operations while simultaneously serving as VP of Client Operations. Prior to CareCloud, she oversaw all aspects of RCM services at NationsHealth, and prior to that at Liberty Medical, and while there, strategically improved productivity, billing efficiency, and overall company profitability. Over her last 21 years, Paula has displayed strong leadership and strategic management skills and is an accomplished revenue cycle operations leader having managed 4000+ customer relationships for client success.
Vice President, Digital Marketing
Michael joined PracticeSuite in 2009 to lead the online marketing of the PracticeSuite Freemium model. Michael heads all aspects of internet marketing and is responsible for the online presence and thought leadership. Michael brings over 20 years of experience in online marketing to PracticeSuite. Prior to PracticeSuite, Michael was the co-founder and online marketing director at MPMSoft, a Windows based practice management software company. Prior to MPMSoft, he co-founded CardSecure which was later acquired by NetworkCommerce.
Director, Implementation & Integrations
Jeffrey Manning is PracticeSuite’s Director of Implementation & Integrations and comes to us with over 15 years of experience in Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, and Client Services. Prior to his work at PracticeSuite, Jeffrey was Director of Operations and Informatics for a large medical provider network, and before that, an implementation consultant for an EHR/PM, as well a other roles in healthcare software and services delivery management. Jeffrey is experienced in multiple healthcare specialties and has succeeded in oversight of complex implementations, integrations, and medical billing. He has excelled in proactively identifying and managing potential roadblocks and increasing client success. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University.
Director, RCM / Customer Service
With over a decade at PracticeSuite, Arun leads the Customer Service and Revenue Cycle Management operations setting strategies and goals for service delivery. Prior to PracticeSuite, Arun was the Technical Customer Service lead at Microsoft. Arun began his career in PracticeSuite successfully onboarding customers and is pivotal in building the large and ever-growing customer patronage. With unparalleled product and process know-how, he consistently provides direction to Customer Service to develop and refine internal processes for an enhanced customer experience. Arun holds an MBA in Marketing and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
Fareed leads the day-to-day sales efforts for PracticeSuite and has played an instrumental role in driving the company's growth since his arrival. A savvy healthcare IT veteran, Fareed brings several years of hands-on healthcare software and services experience having held customer success and sales management roles at Kareo, CareCloud, and HealthFusion. Fareed graduated Cum Laude while earning his Bachelors degree in Public Relations from the University of Utah and in his spare time, he's an avid sports fan and lover of music, donuts, and cold brew coffee.
Director, Product Development
With Over 14 years of Enterprise Scale Software Engineering Experience, Deepesh leads Product Development and Technology and directs all technical activities including project management, B2B integration, product releases and enhancements and other strategic growth initiatives. As the head of Technology, he also interacts with a broad array of IT infrastructure service providers to plan, design and implement organizational IT strategies and manages mission-critical IT infrastructure. Deepesh holds a Master's in Computer Application.
Sudheer handles all aspects of PracticeSuite's operations. With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology domain and with expertise that varies from project management, talent acquisition, development and retention, Sudheer has been instrumental in building the team at PracticeSuite and streamlining the operations since its inception. All professional services, customer care & revenue cycle management fall under Sudheer's leadership which allows PracticeSuite to scale while successfully supporting the platform's user base.
Director of Client Success
Cory Benn joins the PracticeSuite Sales team as Client Success Director with the responsibilities of introducing new products and services within PracticeSuite's existing client base. With over 20 years' experience focusing on client needs and market trends, Cory most recently comes to us from Laser Spine Institute as a Senior Consultant where he displayed an extensive knowledge and expertise in assessing and developing provider needs across a broad network by introducing new products and services to help resolve problematic issues facing providers. In addition to integrating new solutions into client's existing products, Cory enjoys running, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Cory is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
