Job Duties: 

  • Demonstrate Electronic Health Record (EHR) software to healthcare professionals, medical doctors and allied healthcare professionals across numerous specialties.
  • Help clients navigate and understand the PracticeSuite software regarding EHR.
  • Participate in the development of best practices and recommend improvements to ensure an optimal level of client satisfaction.
  • Provide EHR implementation services for clients, by fully understanding the clients’ needs and expectations.   
  • Answer questions to clients on issues surrounding EHR.
  • Develop and improve product documentation.
  • Work with the rest of our sales team as well as work with our engineering team and technical support team.
  • Suggest and automate clinical workflows using PracticeSuite EHR.
  • Other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of US Healthcare Clinical Workflows/Lifecycle
  • 3-5 years training experience, preferably with EHR Ambulatory Clinics and physician office billing experience.
  • Experience working with EHR software products.

1st shift/Hybrid role in Tampa, FL

Responsible For: 

  • Working with management and staff to support centralized contracting processes. 
  • Design, develop, and implement processes to streamline the handling of contracts from initiation to execution and renewal, while providing a high quality experience for clients. 
  • Developing and implementing processes to store existing and new contracts, establish security protections to ensure confidentiality of sensitive contracts, to establish means of searching and retrieving stored contracts, and to manage the process for renewal of expiring contracts.
  • This role will work with departments across the organization to identify and gather contracts for entry into our system, with the objective of storing all customer contracts in the system. 
  • Serve as custodian of all executed contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Draft agreements and other legal documents (e.g., Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consent Letters, Consulting Agreements).
  • Manage various legal projects and deadlines as liaison to internal departments.
  • Analyze existing agreements to determine what legal modifications need to be made.
  • Assisting in projects as requested by internal clients and leadership/management to help create and sustain the highest level of service supporting institutional efforts. 
  • As needed, facilitating the contract review/negotiation process for the company’s contracts, and reviewing varying forms of legal documents (including new contracts, amendments, statements of work, renewals, etc.), in order to complete the following tasks: Appropriately identifying and including the necessary contractual language within the company’s contracts in accordance with policy, process and regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal or equivalent experience

  • Responsible for the management of a portfolio of customers with an overall goal to achieve high customer retention rates and prevent churn
  • Proactively drive customer adoption and continuously look for opportunities to increase customer loyalty and revenue growth
  • Recognize expansion opportunities and effectively communicate to the Sales department for closure
  • Ensure that with every customer interaction you are working to deliver value, providing an excellent experience, and supporting the customer in attaining their desired outcomes

  • Retrieve and collect physician background info from various resources for reporting
  •  Analyze medical malpractice claims by identifying issues, events, diagnoses, and
    procedures that resulted in the action
  • Prepare summaries and assign the appropriate codes that apply
  •  Review claims to formulate a synopsis of facts and collaborate with claims
    examiners regarding the synopsis as needed
  • Make corrections to draft reports sent for physician review and submit approved

Costa Rica

Responsible For: 

  • Prepare invoices – generate accurate and timely invoices.
  • Manage the accounting team.
  • Supervise work of the members of the accounting team, analyzing accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
  • Review contracts and apply appropriate rates to invoices.
  • Reconcile invoicing with system usage.
  • Implementation of pricing changes.
  • Processing daily batches.
  • Accounts receivable – contact customers regarding outstanding payments due. Assist with collections process to ensure there is no bad A/R over 60 days.
  • Assist with notification of decline in credit card charges and that their dues are collected in a timely manner.
  • Accounts payable – verification, reconciliation and analysis of AP.
  • Participate in strategic projects to improve profitability and efficiency of the company.
  • Tie inter-departmental communications to ensure operations, engineering, support, sales and onboarding are operating with the same information.

  • We are seeking an energetic Accountant, who is experienced working in Accounting Departments, with at least 3 years of QuickBooks experience
  • Prepare monthly and annual invoices
  • Utilize accounting knowledge and Excel skills to communicate accounting and financial information for decision support and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines and move between tasks quickly.
