Job Description

Marketing Communication Manager creates, implements, and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, brochures, products or other promotional products. Manage the research and development of content for publication of products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic communications planning for promotion and dissemination of corporate and marketing content.
  • Develop corporate promotions and communications liaising with other departments and the Management Team.
  • Candidate should have experience in developing content, Social media management and managing emails campaigns in hubspot.
  • Candidate should have solid understanding of User Intent and the ability to craft clear, persuasive, original copy; have a visible history of research and strong writing habit.
  • Should be experienced in producing advanced content, blog posts and videos.
  • Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital presence
  • Optimize print, social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, brand exposure, and sales.
  • Identify appropriate print and social media channels for targeted campaigns § Transform content to ensure easy sharing with social networks.

Requirements

  • Candidate should be able to work as an individual contributor and work in a team.
  • Expert knowledge in the latest marketing, digital marketing and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy.

PracticeSuite sales include channel sales and direct sales consisting of practice management software and RCM services. It also includes other modules such as Authorization Desk, Portal, Kiosk and other modules.

The Senior Sales Representative position is an inside/outside sales opportunity. Focus will be on understanding total ambulatory market opportunity, identifying potential clients, developing relationships, driving the sales process, and closing new business. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a proven sales track record of success or leadership experience in the ambulatory market, and the demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team. We offer a strong compensation package to include base salary, uncapped commissions and solid benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full sales cycle including prospect identification, qualification, demo & close
  • Exceed quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, 10000 MRR
  • Continuously build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline – lead generation (including cold calling) required while also pursuing and managing leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Collaboratively work with other departments to design, plan, and implement a quality and needs-driven sales demonstration (to include determining sales/demo objectives and designing demo scenarios to meet practices internal and external requirements)
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers in a team selling environment
  • Maintain detailed notes on deal progress using Salesforce.com
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of prospects and customers

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years demonstrated success working directly with health organizations in a leadership capacity with strong knowledge/understanding around Practice Management and Electronic Health Records.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop business relationships and opportunities through relationship building and influence at all levels.
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions into new markets specialties
  • Experience proactively engaging external prospects, leads or other “buyers” at both the staff/user and executive level.
  • Strong time management skills planning your work, working your plan and activities. You will be required to create and deliver robust quarterly plans including call activity, marketing campaigns, top account identification, monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • A new customer acquisition sales mindset (versus account management) with evidence of exceeding sales quotas or other aggressive business goals for several years
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new information, follow designated methodologies. Must have desire/willingness to adopt and execute on Sales KPI’s, lead generation and sales processes including cold calling activities
  • Outgoing, personable nature with excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover and access underlying business needs and develop compelling solution/sales messaging
  • Excellent influencing and communication/negotiation skills

We are looking for a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading our company’s marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our global marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company’s brands.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop all digital marketing tactics with the goal of increasing sales funnel for prospective agency clients and building brand recognition to meet revenue goals.
  • Own and direct execution of all digital marketing strategies, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
