I searched for a new software this year after adding a second specialty to my practice. I wanted to switch to a web based format for convenience for myself and my patients. While researching many other software vendors, I kept comparing every other vendor to PracticeSuite. The software is very user friendly and all inclusive with charting, billing, scheduling, etc. Also, the price is fantastic for all that you get. Other vendors have different modules or components that you have to pay for individually while PracticeSuite is all inclusive. While the software itself is a great deal, there are not enough positive words to adequately describe the customer service that you get with PracticeSuite. My practice has had many unique issues because of the dual specialties and the customer service with PracticeSuite has been fantastic! They have often gone above and beyond what I would consider “regular” customer service to “outstanding.” I am thrilled to be a customer of PracticeSuite and recommend it to anyone looking for web based practice management software.

PracticeSuite is an excellent software program for medical billing companies. The support service is wonderful. Great that it's web based and they take care of all the updates and maintenance so you don't have to worry about backing up or changing tapes. I would highly recommend.
